4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We stand behind our labor. Unless otherwise stated in writing on your invoice, standard drain and sewer cleaning work is covered by a 30-day limited workmanship warranty against the same clog recurring at the same location, provided the blockage is not caused by a new event (new debris, grease, foreign objects, tree root regrowth, or misuse).
Parts and equipment we install (where applicable) are covered by the manufacturer's warranty; details are provided on your invoice.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To help us perform work safely and accurately, you agree to:
- Provide safe, reasonable access to the affected drain, cleanout, or sewer line
- Disclose known plumbing issues, prior repairs, or unusual pipe materials before work begins
- Secure pets and keep the work area clear during the visit
- Obtain permission from a landlord or property manager before booking service, if you are not the property owner
8. Limitation of Liability
